recipe: strawberry shortcake cupcakes.

i will be the first to admit that i am in no way, shape, or form a baker.  seriously, this is a box recipe cupcake.  so here are my few little tips to spice up that pretty little betty crocker box mix.

strawberry shortcake cupcakes.

-favorite strawberry cake mix

-whipped cream

-vanilla wafers

place them all together [after baking the cupcakes, of course], and wah-la.

another strawberry cake mix tip that i was fortunate to learn.

if you take a regular strawberry cake mix and add 1 personal size strawberry yogurt to it before baking, 

it comes out as the most moist and delightful cake. 

[place fresh strawberries on top for an added bonus.]

the quick tips from a non-baker.
